Terms of use

Transmaster Tracking provides account-based truck tracking, operational records and related backup tools. Transmaster Backup is the optional owner integration for saving backup copies to Google Drive.

Authorized use

Use only accounts, records and tracking requests you are authorized to manage. Obtain the necessary driver consent before requesting SIM tracking. Keep login credentials, private backups and sharing links secure. Information entered by an office should be checked for accuracy.

Tracking information

Location and status information depend on provider updates, network availability and recorded destinations. An old or missing location is not confirmation of a truck's current position. Verify unloading, route or other consequential decisions with your staff or driver.

Access and backups

Account access may depend on approval, trial or paid access dates. Google Drive backup requires the owner's Google authorization and available storage. Check backup results and retain copies needed for recovery. Removing a record does not automatically remove every historic backup copy.
